Carney tripling down, context included

So here on the 17th of July 2026 as the terrible war foisted on Iran by the United States of America threatens to spiral out of control, let's talk about how Canadian Prime Minister Carney has tripled down on approving of the horror.

The first time was when Iran was initially attacked by the US on the 28th of Febuary 2026 where he sent out a press statement stating "Canada supports the United States" in what it was doing to Iran despite it being illegal under international law.¹ The third was when the Memorandum of Understanding between Iran and the US unravelled on the 8th of July where he said the United States resuming hostilities was 'appropriate', completely ignoring that Israel was in constant violation of the first point of the MOU in Lebanon and the US was violating the fifth point by forcing ships through the Stratis of Hormuz.²

It's the second one though that I want to focus on where on CNN he talked about the then soon to be signed MOU that could have permanently ended the war on the 16th of June.³⁴

Now some might accuse me of clipping too much and removing necessary context as the answer was about a minute long. So let's go through the rest of it.

I don't know if it's a lie or an extreme amount of bias that leads Carney to say this but Iran isn't even the biggest exporter of Terrorism in the region. That would be Israel and it's not even close.⁵ Carney is completely brushing the sins of our allies under the rug. Then the next portion.

And here I'm sorry to say Carney reveals he has no respect for the intelligence of his audience. There is no credible intelligence report that states Iran was in any way hell bent on getting a nuke⁶, and even the US Director of National Intelligence said so in March of 2026.⁷ It's in no way okay for Carney to have said this. It's honestly damning. And let's end off with this part:

The absolute gall of this man in calling Iran, a country that hasn't started a war for centuries⁸ and has over 5000 years of recorded human history⁹, uncivilized, is a level of disgusting that I thought only the British could manage. The patronizing tone in whe he tells Iran to behave when it's our allies that have been carrying out war crime after war crime is actively repulsive and honestly makes my skin crawl.

So that's him in his full context and none of it is good. In fact note what he left out in all of his minute long ramble of an answer. Not one word of the more than 1000 Iranian civillians that were murdered¹⁰, Carney doesn't consider them worthy of mention here, or the horror of the US strike on the Minab school which on the very first day of the war ended the lives of more than 100 children¹¹. Does Carney consider that to be the action of a civilized country behaving appropriately?

At a certain point we have to start accepting what Carney is showing us he is, a Western imperalist warmonger.
